i am wearing blue colour and i having short hair and a round face.My colour of my hair is black.i really like medium golden brown colour.Should i dye my hair or just put some highlights

I would say have a professional dye your hair then put in some highlights. Dark hair tends to look like a skunk if its highlighted, but then dark hair looks really bad when its dyed alone. So i suggest you do both so it will look more natural.

now what you want to do is shave your head. this reduces perspiration. thats what i did.

Why not try both! If that is too high maintenance for you just do the hightlights...

I think u should die your hair because it will look more natural than highlights on dark hair.

It really depends on if you want the all over medium golden brown colour, or have a darker brown with the golden brown highlights.

As you currently have black hair i don't believe highlights will work in your favour.

Are you pale or are you tanned? What is your skin colour?

What is your natural hair colour?

I think without being too drastic it might be a better option to bye your hair an all over dark brown and then add in some contrasting highlights.

blue color? on your hair? i dont think thats cute, you should dye ur hair light brown first and then do a golden highlight. it will look hot. my sis does that and it always comes out nice
