I Have my hair highlighted..?

I got it highlighted 3 weeks ago.When am I aloud to get it rehighlighted?Also,are you aloud to Highlight over a color,Or do I need to dye it back to my original color(Color Unknown to you)?

Three weeks should be long enough to rehighlight it.....the only concern is that the new color may not come out the same when put on top of the first color (i.e. if you got blond highlights and then did red on top, the red might come out lighter or orange).

You don't have to go back to the original color first, but some people prefer to do that if they're trying to get a certain look.
